Tell us if you’re celebrating a birthday, engagement, honeymoon or simply wanting something special. We can offer a gourmet cheese platter on arrival with your choice of refreshments (from $150), a delicious French Breakfast designed for two to enjoy in bed the morning after (freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, granola, croissant with preserves, pain aux raisins, pain au chocolat, filled croissant) from $80. Or a gourmet picnic hamper that’s gastronomic heaven, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and generously serving two people from $125.

Cancellation Policy
Our Best Available Rate offers flexibility with free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Full prepayment is required to secure your accommodation at the time of booking, subject to availability. Payment is non-refundable and no amendments are permitted.
Cancellations received with less than thirty day's notice are subject to the first night's accommodation charge, cancellations received with less than 14 days notice are subject to the entire booking. This will be charged to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation. We strongly advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances. No charges will be made for any room nights that we are able to re-sell.
Group Booking (3 units) - Cancellations recieved with less than 60 days notice are subject to the first night's accomodation charge, cancellations recieved with less than 30 days notice are subject to the entire booking.
Special Cancellation Terms
Bookings between December 20th & January 10th - Cancellations recieved with less than 60 day's notice are subject to the first night's accomodation charge, cancellations recieved with less than 30 days notice are subject to the entire booking.
Ferry Transfers from Auckland
Approx $40 per person return (Travel Time 35-40 minutes)

Wharf Transfers and Boho Hill parking
If you are travelling by car, Boho Hill has a private car park on-site, complimentary to our guests, that is subject to availability. Private door to door transfers are available for $30 each way to/from
